Rates
General Services
Full Day - £400
Up to 10 hours, 7am - 10pm. Assumes 11 hours between calls.
Half Day - £225
Up to 5 Hours, 7am - 10pm. Maximum two per day.
Over night - £50 per hour
Minimum call of 5 hours, 10pm - 7am
Additional Hours
Additional hours will be charged at 120% of called base rate per hour.
Maximum of 14 hours attendance on site per day.
Week - £1,850
5 consecutive days, 11 hours between days.
Cancelled work
Work cancelled within 48 hours of start will be charged at full rate.
On site attendance (UK) - £30 for first 30 miles, then 75p per mile

Specific Services
Attend Meeting - £100
Attend meeting up to 2 hours. Includes up to 1 hour meeting preparation.
Preparation assumes agenda circulated minimum 72 hours ahead of meeting.
Document or Drawing review - £200 for 4 hours, then £50ph
Review produced documents or drawings, and production of comments from a technical theatre operations viewpoint.
Presentation or talks - £900
Delivery of presentation or talk to group, in person and on your site. Includes all preparation, any handouts, and attendee review.
Employee selection - £1,500
Review of job description and personal specification, short listing of applicants, preparation of applicant assessment day or interview questions and up to two rounds of selection.

Client Representation - by arrangement
Client representation for those without existing technical management in developing projects.
Process review - by arrangement
Classic Italian dessert with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese.
Project Development - by arrangement
Development of client project from initial idea, challenge or objective following a DMAIC model. Includes Voice of Customer assessment and Quality Function Deployment activity in support of production of client brief and specification.
